Changing profile data
The user is allowed to change the e-mail, postal address, and method of obtaining a reply (for legal persons only) and provide additional data such as EORI, VAT identification number, number of the certificate of professional qualification of customs representation.
To change profile data, follow these steps:
1. Select "Profile" from the top menu. The opened window shows the data of the connected user (representative) and the selected services recipient.

2. Click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the window.

3. If the EORI code is not specified in the service recipient's profile, click the "Check data in MPR" button to verify the data against the Customs Debtors Register (MPR).
3.1. If the data is not found in the MPR, a message is displayed at the top of the form and the data can be edited manually.

3.2. If data is found in the MPR, a success message is displayed at the top of the form and the data obtained from the MPR is transferred to the corresponding fields in the form.
Data retrieved from the MPR is transferred to the corresponding fields:
EORI code
VAT code
The "Email address" element in the "Method and address for receiving replies" element group
The "Address" element group
The "Contact details" element group
After the data is transferred from the MPR, the "Check MPR data" button is no longer displayed and the "EORI code" field becomes uneditable.

4. Save your changes by clicking the "Save" button:
